Five days of your real eating, read personally by someone who actually understands whole food plant-based.

Maybe you've tried to eat plant-based before and it didn't stick. Or, you're plant-forward most days but meat or dairy still show up regularly, and you're not sure if that matters or how much. You may even be doing WFPB fully and it still isn't working the way you expected.

You can be doing a lot right and still have one thing standing between you and what you're after. I've lived a few different versions of this myself. There was the stretch where I assumed anything labeled plant-based, the mayo, the cheese, the yogurt, was automatically healthy. Later it was nuts and seeds, snacking on them by the handful because they're "good for you," and wondering why the last fifteen pounds wouldn't budge. And for a long time I'd drink my calories in a smoothie, skip a real lunch, and then hit a wall by late afternoon, dragging and exhausted with no idea that what I was eating had anything to do with it.

At the time, I thought I was doing everything right. It took figuring out each one separately before things actually changed.

ANALYSIS + CALL ($99)ANALYSIS ONLY ($49)
I see a different version of this in almost every client. One woman I worked with would skip breakfast because she wasn't hungry yet, then hit a wall by two in the afternoon and grab a bag of dried fruit and nuts, plant-based, technically "healthy," and packed with more calories than she realized. Dinner would get pushed out late, and she'd be back in the kitchen again before bed. On paper she was eating plant-based food. The pattern underneath it was working against her the whole time.

Another client knew the food she was reaching for wasn't the food she wanted to be eating, and couldn't understand why she kept reaching for it anyway. For her, almost none of it was about the food itself. Once we could see the real pattern, the part driving the choices, she could finally start to work with it instead of fighting herself over it.

That's the part a macro number can't show you, and it looks different for everyone. For some people it's labels. For others it's portions, or timing, or what's happening emotionally around food, or a body moving through perimenopause or menopause with a whole new set of rules nobody handed them an instruction manual for. The pattern is specific to you, and a generic tool can't see it.

A tracking app counts calories. I read patterns.

A macro tracker gives you:

  • Numbers built for the general population, not for your specific situation
  • No read on why something that looks healthy might be working against your goal
  • Nothing about what's happening in your house, your stress, your sleep, or your evenings

A generic AI gives you:

  • A summary of your log
  • No real understanding of whole food plant-based eating
  • No ability to tell the difference between food that looks healthy and food that actually is

I give you:

  • A read of your intake and five real days of how you eat, sleep, move, and feel
  • That read measured against everything I know about how this way of eating works in a real, busy, imperfect life
  • A plain answer on what's helping you and what's working against you

I built a tool trained specifically on whole food plant-based principles to help me draft your report. Then I read every single one myself, adjust it, and finalize it before it ever reaches you.

What a tracking app sees. What I see.

You fill out a short intake about where you're at and why now matters to you. Then you log your food for five real days, in your own words, no calorie counting or exact measuring required.

I go through every word of it personally. From there you get a personalized written report covering eight areas of how you eat and live:

  • Whole Foods on Your Plate: how much of your day is actually whole food vs. processed, even the plant-based kind
  • Variety & Color: the range of real plant foods you're eating across the week
  • Plant Protein: where it's showing up and where it isn't
  • Fiber & Greens: the piece most people skip past, and the one doing the most work for fullness and energy
  • Energy Density: whether your food, even the healthy kind, might be working against your specific goal without you knowing it
  • Your Daily Rhythm: when and how often you're eating across the day
  • Your Home & Support: what your kitchen and household are actually making easy or hard
  • Your Relationship with Food: the patterns around stress, boredom, or evenings that have nothing to do with hunger

Your report includes a visual snapshot of where you stand across all eight pillars, a plain-language read of how your plates actually balance out, and a set of specific starting points built from your own real meals to actually try.

Two ways to get started

Is this a meal plan?
No. This shows you where you stand and what's getting in your way, with specific starting points built from your own meals. (Want help turning your starting points into a full plan for your real life? That's what coaching is for.)

Do I need to already be fully plant-based to do this?
No. Most of the women I work with are plant-forward, still figuring out consistency, sometimes still eating meat or dairy regularly. That's exactly who this is for.

I'm tired of tracking apps. Is this just another one of those?
No. You're not logging into an app that spits out a number. You're logging five days in your own words, and a real person reads it and writes back to you directly.

How long does the food log take?
A few minutes a day for five days. No weighing or measuring. Just tell me what you ate, when, and how you felt.

A few questions you might have

Five days. One honest read.
Finally, some clarity on what's actually going on.
