No. Some participants are just starting out. Others have been at this a while but can't make it stick. Both are a good fit.
What if my household eats differently?
Most participants are the only plant-based eater in their household. We address this directly including how to make one meal work for different plates, and how to handle the resistance without making it a nightly negotiation.
What if I can't make the live sessions?
Everything is recorded and available within 24 hours.
Will I have access after the 10 days?
Yes. Lifetime access to all videos, recordings, guidebook, and meal plan. The WhatsApp community and monthly Q&A calls continue for 90 days after the program ends.
What does the meal plan look like?
It's 100% whole food plant-based. The 80/20 framework is about how you navigate real life after the program, not a modification to what you'll eat during it.
